2026 IAFMHS Conference

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities

The 2026 Annual Conference of the International Association of Forensic Mental Health Services (IAFMHS) will be held in Helsinki, Finland on June 16 – 18, 2026 at the Helsinki Congress Paasitorni. Several opportunities exist for sponsorship to increase the visibility of your organization during this international event.

Diamond Sponsorship – This premium sponsorship opportunity includes a full-page ad in our electronic conference program, prominent logo display on conference signage, exhibitor booth for all three days of the conference, as well as three conference admissions. Diamond sponsors will also be identified as being the key sponsor for the Welcome Reception or Conference Banquet and may have an exhibitor booth and have their logos and brochures distributed during the respective events. The cost for a diamond sponsorship is $10,000 CAD.

Platinum Sponsorship – This sponsorship opportunity includes a full-page ad in our electronic conference program, logo display on conference signage, exhibitor booth for all three days of the conference, as well as two conference admissions. Platinum sponsors will also be identified as being the key sponsor for one of the conference lunches and have their logos and brochures distributed during the respective mealtimes. The cost for a platinum sponsorship is $7,500 CAD.

Gold Sponsorship – This sponsorship opportunity includes a full-page ad in our electronic conference program, logo display on conference signage, as well as one conference admission. Gold sponsors will also be identified as being the key sponsor for one of the conference coffee breaks and have their logos and brochures distributed during the respective break times. The cost for a gold sponsorship is $4,000 CAD.

Silver Sponsorship – This sponsorship opportunity includes a full-page ad in our electronic conference program and logo display on conference signage. The cost of the silver sponsorship is $2,000 CAD.

Conference Program Advertising - This year we will have space for advertisements in our electronic conference program. Below is the list of advertisement sizes and costs. Placement of ads will be given on an availability basis.

Full page (8 x 10.5 in.) $ 1000 CAD

Half page (8 x 5 in. horz.) $ 500 CAD

Exhibitor Booth– Organizations can rent a booth at the conference to exhibit and promote their organization or products. Exhibitors will have the option of choosing to have a display table for one, two, or all three days of the conference. The cost for an exhibition booth is $500 CAD per day.

Take-One Brochure Table – For the benefit of those who do not, or cannot, rent a booth exhibit, a Take-One Brochure Exhibit/Table for the distribution of free brochures and other material is available. Pamphlets, brochures, leaflets, cards, magazines, etc. will be displayed prominently so that those visiting can help themselves. This will be for paid Take-One Exhibitors ONLY. Other materials will be removed. A one-time fee of $300 CAD will be charged for this service and materials must be shipped to the venue in advance (details to be confirmed). Unused materials will not be returned.
